Fashion Week for Furniture

Even when I can’t attend High Point Market, I always pay attention to the photos that I see coming out of Fashion Week for Furniture! Thanks to friends and influencers, I can stay ahead of the trends by scanning their Instagram feeds.

Geometric curves were definitely THE stand out out trend this market, so Denise McGaha’s Paperie ellipse cocktail table for Currey & Company fit right in (pictured in a vignette of her fabrics for Design Legacy). I love this table!

Canadian superstar designer Sarah Richardson debuted a collection for Palliser Living, and I loved this modular sectional with its chunky curved arms.

Another sexy radius-curved arm caught my eye on this swivel chair by Bernhardt

Matte and soft gold finishes were another strong trend that jumped out at me, like these fun chairs and table from Made Goods. And their new showroom in a former bank building looks incredible.

The brushed brass base in this side chair from Rawan Isaac certainly makes an impact!

The soft gold finish and  geometric curves of this bench by Vanguard Furniture hit both of my stand out trends!
